This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses datemymomdotcom, a service operated by Margaret Nighthawk, LLC(Indiana). By accessing the Service you agree to these rules in addition to our Terms of Service.

Human trafficking & exploitation

You may not use the Service to engage in, promote, or facilitate human trafficking (including sex trafficking or sexual exploitation of any person), or to aid, abet, or knowingly encourage the abuse of any person. We cooperate with law enforcement regarding suspected violations and will suspend or terminate, without notice, any account engaged in such conduct.

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other members.
  • Post hate speech or discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
  • Create fake, misleading, or impersonated profiles, or misrepresent your identity, age, or relationship status.
  • Solicit money, gifts, financial information, or investment opportunities from other members, or engage in romance-scam behavior.
  • Post or transmit sexually explicit or non-consensual sexual content.
  • Post any content that sexualizes, endangers, or otherwise involves a minor. Minors are not permitted on the Service in any capacity.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent identity verification, family-oversight, reporting, or safety features.
  • Send commercial spam, chain messages, or unsolicited advertising.
  • Share another person's private or personal information without their consent.
  • Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated means to access, collect, or interact with the Service.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt or compromise the Service or its users.

Reporting violations

If you see conduct that violates this policy, use the in-app Report feature on the profile or message in question, or email us at matt@datemymom.com. Please include enough detail (usernames, screenshots, timestamps) that we can investigate.

Enforcement

Depending on the severity and history of the conduct, we may:

  • Issue a warning.
  • Temporarily suspend the account.
  • Permanently ban the account and any related accounts.
  • Refer the matter to law enforcement.

We may act without prior notice when we believe conduct puts members at risk. See our Law Enforcement Data Request Protocol for how we handle official requests.
