Built by adult children, for the parents we love.
datemymomdotcom started with a simple, uncomfortable conversation: watching a parent come back to dating later in life and realizing the existing apps weren't built for them — or for the families who worry about them.
Romance scams targeting adults over 60 cost Americans more than $1.3 billion in 2024 alone. The platforms our parents are using were designed for 25-year-olds and optimized for volume, not safety. We thought our parents deserved better.
So we built something different — a dating community where every profile is ID-verified, AI watches for the red flags that humans miss, and the people who love you most can help you sort the good from the suspicious.
"Companionship in later life, protected by the people who love you most."
We believe seniors deserve a dating experience built for them — not a stripped-down version of an app made for someone else. That means clear, generous typography. Real identity verification. No endless swiping, no algorithmic pressure, no ads selling your attention to the highest bidder.
And it means treating family involvement as a feature, not a workaround. With permission, an adult child can suggest candidates, flag concerns, and review matches — while the parent always keeps the final say and their own login. Trust runs both ways.
We're growing one city at a time so the community stays real, the matches stay local, and our safety team can keep up. Founding members get free access while we build their city — our thank you for trusting us early.
Safety First
Every profile is ID-verified before going live. No exceptions.
Family at the Center
Adult children can help vet matches — because trust runs both ways.
Dignity & Respect
Seniors deserve a dating experience designed for them, not an afterthought.
Community Over Scale
We grow one city at a time, ensuring real connections, not empty swipes.
